My grandson's favourite place for sports wear. Always greeted by kind and helpful staff and we always seem to find a super bargain. Very clean and organised too. Xx

Big sports shop focused mainly on football. Bored staff who when asked if they had something said. 'If we have it it'll be there', pointing.

Complete incompetence. Go in to store to exchange an internet order for the size up 2 days later go back to pick up the shoes and the same smaller size has been re-ordered. Great service guys

All is good at jd sports apart from the stupid delivery Service EVRI. I won't ever order from jd sports again while they are using evri as a delivery service

Great place to shop trainers, though I was out of luck as there wasn't stock available for my size and preferred trainers. I'll definitely call back.

Unable to try items on as the changing rooms were unattended by staff who were stood around elsewhere in the store. When asked if the changing rooms could be opened, the till staff were extremely rude and dismissive, bordering arrogant. This must just be this store on the Moor, as Meadowhall and Parkgate Rotherham are more polite and professional. I won't be visiting this store again. Perhaps the management could use this review as a training need for the staff at this store.

Very terrible customer service. Been here twice in the last two weeks. Both times, the customer service assistants were all stood together chatting. No one offered to help and even when I asked for help, they seemed less than enthusiastic. Very poor form, I just say!
